Rough experience. We visited on a whim from out of town 93 degree weather. They were out of both bananas and strawberries which means nearly half their menu was not available unless you just remove those two items. Worker preparing 3 different ice creams washed her gloves but didn’t change them, I don’t know the health standards here but that felt weird. Pay machine was broken on insert, so you either have to tap (one of our cards doesn’t have that) or pay with a different card since the insert option wouldn’t register and kick back to swiping. Oh, and this was right behind the register, various to-go items on the floor.

just visited Maya Creamery and had a wonderful experience! I tried the rasmalai rabdi roll and gulab jamun rabdi ice cream, and both were absolutely fantastic. The taste was perfect — not overly sweet, just the right balance, which made it even more enjoyable. Even though the place was quite crowded at night, the two girls working there handled everything incredibly well. They were managing orders, preparing desserts, and serving customers with great efficiency and a positive attitude — really impressive! Overall, I loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our visit to Maya Creamery, Irving! The mango lychee and meetha paan roll ice cream were outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Each bite was refreshing and unique, especially the authentic taste in the meetha paan roll. A special shoutout to Haindhavi for the awesome service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better with her warm attitude and recommendations. Great desserts and excellent customer service—will definitely be back! 🍨😊

Visited Maya Creamery in Irving last night after dinner and it was totally worth it. I tried the malai kulfi and the rasmalai rabdi roll, and both were absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The place itself is spacious, clean, and very inviting, which makes it a great spot to sit and enjoy dessert rather than just grab and go. The service was excellent too. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to explain the menu and help with recommendations. Overall, a great dessert spot with authentic flavors, great service, and a comfortable vibe. Definitely coming back to try more items. Highly recommend if you’re in the Irving area.

Stopped by for dessert after dinner — the place was really cool with nice screens, great music, and a welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was spot on. Tried the gulab jamun roll, gulab jamun hot with ice cream, and one other item — all were absolutely amazing! Overall, a solid 4/5.
